Two Ridge Loop

Guerneville, California

Two Ridge Loop Professional Review and Guide

"A full loop along the two ridges surrounding Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve. This is a challenging hike, especially in summer, when the exposed ridges can get very hot. The views from the top are worth the effort, however. From the summit of Pool Ridge, you have the opportunity to get a rare bird’s-eye view of an old-growth redwood forest, not to mention the Russian River Valley beyond. The hike begins and ends in the aforementioned redwood groves."
