This trip takes you to a meadow nestled beneath the Kearsarge Pinnacles, University Peak, and East Vidette. Begin by following the trail from Road’s End to the Bailey Bridge (Hike 50), reaching the intersection with the Bubbs Creek Trail at 2.5 miles. Then follow the route to Junction Meadow (Hike 51), to the intersection with the East Creek Trail, which is just beyond Junction Meadow at 10.3 miles. Continue straight ahead on the trail heading east, gaining views north of the rugged spires on the south face of Mount Bago.
