Hart Tree Trail

Fresno, California

Hart Tree Trail Professional Review and Guide

"This interesting jaunt takes you to an old logging camp, a sequoia “log” cabin, a pretty meadow, and a waterfall, all while traveling through the largest sequoia grove left standing on the planet.

The wide trail (once a dirt road) heads downhill (south), past a fire hydrant, and through mixed firs, pines, and giant sequoias. A view of Buena Vista Peak (Hike 43) can be had as the path rounds a turn and switchbacks. Reach the junction with the Redwood Canyon Trail at 0.3 mile and turn left (north) onto the Hart Tree Trail."
