The Copper Creek Trail heads strenuously up the north wall of Kings Canyon between North Dome and Buck Peak. It leads to Lower Tent Meadow, a backpacker campground, and on to the Monarch Divide. The trail offers views of Copper Creek flowing through the deep, narrow side canyon. This hike ends at a magnificent overlook of Kings Canyon, 1.5 miles from the trailhead.
