    "Finding the campground: From Frazier Park, drive west about 21 miles on Cuddy Valley Road (which becomes Mil Potrero Highway), and go about 1.2 miles past Apache Saddle.

    About the campground: Toad Springs, at an elevation of 5,700 feet, is the only campground in Mount Pinos Recreation Area that is open year-round. For more information about the recreation area, see McGill Campground (no. 126 above). Stay limit fourteen days."
