Monument Peak Trail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in Alameda County and Santa Clara County, California. It is within Ed Levin County Park and Sunol Regional Wilderness. It is 5.2 miles long and begins at 685 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 5.9 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,964 feet. The KICU-TV (San Jose) (elevation 2,438 feet) tower is near the trailhead. Along the trail there are a mast and a communication tower.
