Frog Lake Overlook and Warren Lake Professional Review and Guide
"Strong hikers who don’t shy away from a challenge will find the 7.5-mile trip to Warren Lake (and back) a worthy undertaking. The trail gains and loses nearly 4,500 feet of elevation along the way, which makes for a very long day of hiking—most parties will want to do this trip as a two- to three-day backpack. Although a strenuous trip, the rewards are many, including a dramatic view of Frog Lake from Frog Lake Overlook, a scenic traverse of North Fork Prosser Creek’s sweeping basin, and the pleasant surroundings of cirque-bound Warren Lake. Hikers with cross-country experience can create an excellent loop trip by following an off-trail route between Warren and Paradise Lakes and then reversing the description from Paradise Lake."
