Little Bridge Canyon

Little Bridge Canyon Professional Review and Guide

"As its name suggests, this canyon has a natural bridge, as well as an arch. The hike can be done as either a loop or an out and back across a broad alluvial fan. Little Bridge Canyon isn’t deep and narrow, but it does contain several hidden points of wonder, making its exploration interesting and enjoyable.

Unlike nearby Grotto and Mosaic Canyons, it is lightly visited, primarily because you must hike about 2.5 miles across a graveled alluvial fan just to reach the canyon entrance. One way to add a bit of spice to these first couple of open desert miles is to approach Little Bridge Canyon by
way of a southeast-trending gully that parallels the steep mountain slopes on the right (west)."
