Yolla Bolly Middle Eel Wilderness Waterfalls Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"This oval 150,000-acre area lives up to the name “wilderness” in the truest sense of the word. Flora and wildlife dominate the scene in the absence of humans, and the mountains and ridges are as steep as they come. As an example, the highest peak, Mount Linn (8092 feet), is just a few miles from Cottonwood Creek some 5500 feet below. There are areas here where few people—if anyone!—have ever set foot. Those who enjoy a challenge will love the raw ruggedness here. You may even decide to make an extra detour into the wild after tackling Balm of Gilead Creek Falls. This trail guide contains descriptions of the following trails: Rattlesnake Creek Falls, and Balm of Gilead Creek Falls."
