This is a great first trip for young scouts. We've done this one a few times. Fairly easy hiking with rolling elevation. True High Sierra scenery. Go past Post Corral Meadows to the South Fork of the Kings River (another 4 miles) to get out of the mosquitoes. Beautiful scenery, waterfalls, fishing, swimming. This is Boy Scout heaven!
