Pine Mountain Trail

Pine Mountain Trail is a hiking, biking, and horse trail in San Diego County, California. It is within Cleveland National Forest. It is 2.3 miles long and begins at 5,245 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 4.6 miles with a total elevation gain of 1,277 feet. The Pioneer Mail and Pioneer Mail Picnic Area picnic sites are near the trailhead. There are also restrooms. Along the trail there is parking. The trail ends near the Champagne Pass Viewpoint. This trail connects with the following: Indian Creek Trail.

Generic trail. It is nice that it traces a water source for some time, bring purifier if you plan to hit this trail as it is too close to drainage.
