Excellent trail for a good look at East San Diego County back country. The loop from Hwy 67 trailhead @ Poway Rd turn off takes 2 hours to complete at a good pace (2.5 to 3mph) Its 5.8 miles (taken on GPS track) Nice views of Ramona valley. Fairly agressive climbs if you do the loop clockwise, going by Iron Mountain first seems an easier way to complete it enjoy Bigfoot
