Howard King Trail is a hiking trail in Santa Cruz County, California. It is within Big Basin Redwoods State Park and West Waddell Creek State Wilderness. It is 4.1 miles long and begins at 1,299 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is a mile with a total elevation gain of 255 feet. The trail ends near the Mt. McAbee Overlook viewpoint. There are also a bench and information guideposts near the end of the trail.
