Bull Run Lake Trail

Bear Valley, California

Bull Run Lake Trail Professional Review and Guide

"This hike visits the meadows and glacier-polished bedrock of the western Sierra Nevada. The trail ends at the gorgeously situated Bull Run Lake, backed by granite cliffs and complete with a rock island. The trail is short enough to do as a day hike, but the lake is a wonderful place to spend a night. Terrain: Dirt path and road through alpine meadows and forest, and along glacier-polished granite."
