Willow Canyon Trail Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"Although the ratio of hiking the alluvial fan to hiking in the canyon may seem lopsided, this hike features a gem of a canyon. Clearly a bighorn sheep playground, Willow Canyon cuts short your visit at a 70-foot wall with a spectacular ribbon waterfall in season. Prior to that obstacle, the canyon winds its narrow way like a street in a medieval city through sheer rhyolite walls, with a tinkling stream intermittently flowing down its center. Small falls, a shelf fall, and finally a long ribbon fall make the passage of the stream a delightful symphony of watery music."
