Table Top Mountain Loop Trail

Table Top Mountain Loop Trail Professional Review and Guide

"There are a variety of approaches to Table Top Mountain, ranging from moderate to strenuous, but the final ascent to the summit is strenuous regardless of which route you choose. Table Top Mountain is bounded by a private subdivision in Round Valley to the immediate north, posted against trespass. There is also private land nearby to the south. One of the advantages of this suggested route is that it takes place entirely on public land. The somewhat long 3.5-mile (one-way)approach traverses a variety of terrain with constantly changing views."

This trail is impossible to find. There is no cattleguard anywhere near 6.4 miles. There is one at 5 miles and 1 at 7. Neither of which had any of the landmarks here. As for the clearly marked old dirt road, there are dozens of them. Furthermore every road we tried cut through barbed wire fences and private ranches. We couldn't find anything described here. Don't even try this.
