Meadows Trail Professional Review and Guide
"This ride nearly circumnavigates the Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness Area, offering a bit of everything: dirt roads, singletrack, hike-a-bike, and even a bit of road riding. Begin on the Aliso Creek Trail and then continue on the Wood Canyon Trail. After the lengthy warm-up, a short hike-a-bike on the Lynx Trail leads to the West Ridge Trail. Crank uphill on the West Ridge Trail to the park’s upper entrance at Alta Laguna Drive. Exit the park onto Alta Laguna Drive and follow the paved road until it ends. A short traverse on singletrack puts you on a paved fire road that leads to the Meadows Trail. The Meadows Trail switchbacks all the way back down to Aliso Canyon. The last 1.5 miles retrace the initial ride on the Aliso Creek Trail."
