This was one of those "stupid" days where you wonder what you got yourself into! I cam in from the north end and bombed down Lynx. I rode across Coyote Trail to the bottom of Mathis and started up with the sun boring sown on me. I made good time getting up there and even passed a couple of friends, but I was soaked in sweat at the top and my brains were fried by the sun! I rode back down Mathis to cool off (hit 30 mph) and went out the fire road all the way to my ride. Total miles 6.48, avg speed 9.6 mph, max speed 30 mph, total peddling time 39:40
