A day hike from Ladybug Pass to the Angle Orchard Road. It soon finds itself atop a rocky ridge that boasts excellent views to the south. Greasewood Mountain is in plain sight, rising in the midst of the low, arid summits that form the tail end of the Pinaleño Mountains. The trail skirts its eastern side, where scattered trees allow excellent views of Veach Canyon and the pointed peaks of Veach Ridge rising beyond it. The Dos Cabezas Mountains rise in the hazy distance, far to the southeast.
