This hike climbs up and down Wilson Mountain, the dominant formation north of Sedona. Th e “Route Details” are written as a car shuttle, but the hike can be done from either direction as an outand- back. Th e route follows the North Wilson Mountain Trail 123 up to the First Bench of Wilson Mountain, where it intersects with Wilson Mountain Trail 10. From there it climbs to the top of Wilson Mountain, splitting off to the distant North Overlook or the closer South Overlook. Wilson Mountain Trail 10 continues south down the mountain to Midgely Bridge.
