Within three miles of the start, you’ll be good and warmed up from the big climb that puts you on the edge of Oak Creek Canyon. The view is just about the best you’ll get in Sedona; you can see every “named” rock from the overlook. The Huckaby Trail continues along this high ledge, and it’s hard to stay focused on the ride when there’s so much spectacular scenery to take in. Take your time and enjoy the ride. Trail Surface: A mix of singletrack, doubletrack, gravel road, and a long paved return to the trailhead to create a loop.
