Although short, the Allens Bend Trail is a pleasant walk and one of the few trails along Oak Creek. This trail is especially fine in the fall, when the riparian forest is vibrant with fall color. The trail starts from the north end of the parking lot and follows the west bank of Oak Creek. There are several sections of elaborate trail construction near the beginning, and then the trail comes out onto a wider bench.
