This easy loop on the high crest of the Pinaleno Mountains takes you over the top of 10,030-foot Webb Peak through cool aspen, fir, and spruce forest via the Ash Creek and Webb Peak Trails. An optional side hike leads to the brink of 100-foot Ash Creek Falls. A forest fire burned the Ash Creek area in June 2004. Be prepared for deadfall and trail erosion.
