This well-constructed loop travels past Dow Springs and the remains of the settlement there before circumnavigating the stunning north rim of Sycamore Canyon. It then turns north, past a seasonal waterfall and year-round lily ponds, before turning east to climb up and over KA Hill, then south along the edge of Garland Prairie. There are several access points, so this can be hiked in segments if desired. This hike description covers the entire loop, going clockwise from Dow Springs Trailhead.
