River Trail

River Trail is a hiking and horse trail in Coconino County, Arizona. It is within Grand Canyon National Park. It is 1.7 miles long and begins at 2,461 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 3.7 miles with a total elevation gain of 2,580 feet. The trail ends near the Pipe Creek Beach. There are also a shelter and restrooms near the end of the trail. This trail connects with the following: Bright Angel Suspension Bridge, South Kaibab Trail and Bright Angel Trail.
