A small warm-water source filling a rather stagnant frog pond in cattle-grazing country. Tom Neice is a small warm spring obscured by dense vegetation. The warm water does eventually trickle out of the thicket into a small stagnant frog pond. The vegetation is thick in this area and does not make for an ideal bathing experience. The general area is used for raising stock and little else. It is a rather dry, bleak area, but the spring is interesting. Perhaps one day the vegetation will be cleared and the hot spring will be exposed for better viewing and sampling. Primitive. There has been no diversion of the water, nor has any attempt been made to provide bathing opportunities.
