An easy-to-reach, short, easy hike on the eastern slopes of Elden Mountain. This hike is lower in elevation than any other trail in the Elden Mountain–Dry Lake Hills trail system and is a good hike early in the season when the other trails are still muddy.

Nice scenery on the East side of Mt. Elden. Mostly a easy uphill hike on the way in. At the end, you can continue on to Christmas tree trail or Mount Elden trail.
