About 20 miles southeast of Flagstaff at Mormon Lake. Although this ride is entirely on pavement, the ride around Arizona's largest natural lake is so great it just had to be in this book. Mormon Lake varies from a large shallow lake in the spring to a marsh in late summer. It's a great place to see wildlife.
