Goat Camp Trail is the most challenging hike in White Tank Mountain Regional Park, taking hikers up a long ascent through a scenic canyon to the base of an antenna-studded mountain. Return via Willow Canyon Trail for another scenic tour.

trail burned in 2008. There is, in May 2010, no trail marked. Hiker would require a good quadrangle map and a decent mapping skills. I'd rate the trail 0.

The descent down to Poland Creek was very quick. As the guide mentions, the trail gets very little use, and was overgrown with grass and brambles. I definitely recommend making the trip with pants. The creek had a decent amount of water for August, and there are big boulders, brush, and deep mud in places. A pair of sandals is also warranted. The hike back out is fairly brutal in the hot mid-day sun.
