Park your car at Horseshoe Dam, then cross the dam via a pedestrian walkway below the rim of the dam. The ride is on a dirt road, which has lots of steep ups and downs. It's harder riding out to the bridge than coming back. Take plenty of food and water, and don't go when it's hot. The bridge is a cool historical site, and the desert views are beautiful.
