Glory Hole Falls

Glory Hole Falls Professional Guide

Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook

"This short hike takes you to a beautiful and unusual waterfall that flows through a hole in a wide bluff. The valley around the intermittent stream that flows through Glory Hole Falls is beautiful. This area gets a lot of use, so tread lightly.

The are no trail markers on this unmaintained trail. Due to heavy use and the fact that part of the trail follows an old forest road, the route is clear. As of this writing, a small 8-by-10-inch sign with an arrow that says GLORY HOLE is visible from the highway. Begin hiking at the highway, following a dirt road southeast through a level hardwoods area. If the falls are flowing, you’re probably going to have a muddy walk. It’s just one of the hazards of viewing waterfalls in Arkansas."
