North Plateau Loop (Blue) is a hiking trail in Madison County, Alabama. It is within Monte Sano State Park. It is 1.8 miles long and begins at 1,578 feet altitude. Traveling the entire trail is 1.8 miles with a total elevation gain of 190 feet. Scenic Overlook and other parkings, the Monte Sano Ladge hotel, the ampitheater attraction, the Von Braun Astronomical Society telescope, and Monte Sano Mountain (elevation 1,621 feet) can be seen along the trail. There are also waste baskets, benches, restroom, a viewpoint, shelter, and a bbq along the trail.
