White Oak Creek Campground Professional Guide
Detailed Trail Description from our Guidebook
"The Chattahoochee River, which borders Alabama and Georgia, begins its journey to the Gulf of Mexico in the Blue Ridge Mountains of north Georgia. There, several smaller streams merge, eventually becoming a wide, navigable river thanks to several dams and locks along its 436-milelong journey to the sea. The river offers many beautiful places to camp, including this US Army Corps of Engineers property, White Oak Creek Campground."
