Two climbs—one easy, one long and hard—begin with the same access. Lower, closer, and easier, Near Point is a knob overlooking east Anchorage. It is suitable for long summer evenings. Tikishla Peak is across the North Fork of Campbell Creek from Near Point. Because the North Fork valley has difficult access, Tikishla sees little traffic.
