Toronto's growth over the last 20 years has literally redefined the city. It has blossomed into a metropolis with a decidedly cosmopolitan air. Nowhere else in Canada are there as many different ethnic communities, a characteristic that distinguishes the city from the rest of Ontario and also with the Toronto of old. This cultural mosaic has created a dynamic microcosm, making Toronto the heart of culture in English-speaking Canada. The Greater Toronto Area has something for everyone: excellent off-road cycling, a well-developed waterfront and world-class entertainment. When combined with its renowned inner-city cycling network, it is no wonder Toronto happens to be one of the most cycling-friendly cities in the world. Although busier than the riverside trails, the islands offer a view of the city skyline on one side, Lake Ontario on the other and people-watching opportunities galore everywhere in between! This Trail Guide consists of a series of maps showing multiple biking routes in and around the Toronto Metro Area. currently offers topo maps from the entire United States. We plan to expand our topomap database in the future, however this map is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
