The Gordon Glaves Memorial Pathway is a network of trails along the south and north shores of the Grand River in Brantford. On the south side, the trails connect the Grand Valley Trail, Alexander Graham Bell Homestead, Gilkison Flats, Lions Park, Brants Crossing Park and Lorne Park. To the north, they connect the Brantford/Hamilton Rail Trail, Waterworks Park and the Brant Conservation Area, and the other side of the Grand Valley Trail. The northern side is also part of the Trans Canada Trail. The area is an important migration route, particularly for geese, swallows and warblers. This trail guide includes the Gordon Glaves Memorial Pathway, Trans Canada Trail, Gordon Glaves Memorial Pathway, South of the Grand River, The Grand River Ramble, Lions Park, The Old Field Path, Lions Park, Pond Loop, and Lions Park.
