The 1,135-acre Higley Flow Reservoir averages 11 feet deep and has a maximum depth of 32 feet. Its shoreline is heavily developed with private residences. Slow moving and narrow, the weedy, 154-acre Colton Flow averages 4 feet deep and has a maximum depth of about 10 feet. Its shoreline heavily developed with homes, the 200-acre Hannawa Falls Flow averages about 6 feet deep and has a maximum depth of 15 feet. The shallow, 540-acre “pocket wilderness” of the Potsdam Flow runs right through the middle of the village of Potsdam. Located on the village of Norwood’s southwest shore, the 352-acre Norwood Lake averages about 10 feet deep. The east shore is moderately developed with private residences, while the west bank is a mixture of forest and farmland. Key species: Northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, rock bass, walleye, black crappie, yellow perch, panfish, and brown bullhead.
