Roaring Brook Falls is in the town of Cheshire, on the northern portion of the Quinnipiac Trail. Take the blue-blazed trail from Bethany Mountain Road to the north. The trail ascends from the road to a rise of 130 feet, or to an elevation of 720 feet above sea level. There are occasional lookouts along this area. At this point the trail follows the boundary line between Cheshire and water company land. It continues north, passing a quiet pond, skirting a boundary of private property (a horse pasture/house), and traveling over several high ridges with occasional lookouts presenting views to the northeast of Hanging Hills in Meriden.
