A well-known Victoria-area landmark and one of the most climbed peaks on Vancouver Island, Mount Finney, as the locals like to call Finlayson, is no walk in the park. Rocky, brutally steep, and with most of the trail a mere route up at-times exposed ledges, this hike should only be attempted by strong hikers comfortable with scrambling. The payoff for those who reach the top, however, is grand: sweeping views of the Malahat, Saanich Peninsula, Victoria, and a whole lot moreā€”plus dazzling wild?owers from spring through summer. currently offers topo maps from the entire United States. We plan to expand our topomap database in the future, however this map is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
