Collinsville is a village of just under 4,000 residents in Canton, best known for the historic downtown district. This Hartford County town is well situated on the Farmington River and has great access to rails-to-trails projects and national acclaim as a tourist destination. Starting on Main Street in downtown Collinsville, this 11.8-mile ride covers nearly 900 feet of elevation, making it more challenging than it may appear. Most of the climbs are not very steep, with only one or two sections approaching grades of 10 percent.
