The Pohono Trail is a 13-mile trail that connects Glacier Point with the Wawona Tunnel near the west valley floor. The trail traverses the south rim of Yosemite Valley, passing Sentinel Dome, Taft, Dewey, Crocker, Stanford and Inspiration Points. This loop hike includes the Pohono Trail between Taft Point and Sentinel Dome. The path follows the edge of the 3,000-foot cliffs, with panoramic vistas of Yosemite Valley, Yosemite Falls and El Capitan.
