An easy walk to cliff-dwelling–style Indian ruins in Walnut Canyon National Monument. It descends about 200 feet below the rim and circles a small butte. Interpretive signs along the way explain the ruins as well as the plants and animals found in the area. You’ll notice many additional ruins at about the same level as the trail on the opposite walls of Walnut Canyon.
