Running some 60 miles from the town of Fredonia to the Colorado River, the lower corridor of Kanab Creek offers some of the finest canyon hiking anywhere. With its headwaters deep within Utah, this is the largest drainage system on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Within its last 30 miles, Kanab Creek has etched out a spectacular gorge among soaring red rock cliffs. This hike begins near Willow Spring in Hack Canyon and descends to the park boundary at the mouth of Jumpup Canyon.
