Convenient loop wanders through forest with views of Pikes Peak to the east. The northern portion of Signal Butte Roadpasses directly through Hayman Burn Area, providing a close-up look at the destruction and remarkable recovery. Springtime should bring beautiful wildflowers. A popular ATV and dirt bike trail leaves from the initial parking area and connects to other OHV trails in the area. A rutted and bumpy forest road. Fairly wide except on the north end where switchbacks wind tightly downhill. Suitable for all 4-wheel-drive SUVs. Side trip towards Manchester Creek on 364 is very narrow and washed out in spots. This road is closed after 2.5 miles at private property. Dispute with property owner could be resolved soon.
