Both Lake Dinah and Lake Elsina are gorgeous subalpine lakes in the high country basins of the Mission Mountains near the Clearwater-Jocko Divide. The lakes are partially covered with lily pads and surrounded by conifer forests. This trail begins at Lake Elsina and winds through lush undergrowth, dense forest, and grassy meadows to 36-acre Lake Dinah. The mosquitoes can be prolific, so bring insect repellent.
