Zimmerman Park (also known as Wilshire Park) is a natural area that sits atop the rims just west of Zimmerman Trail Road and Highway 3. Billings service clubs purchased the parkland from the Zimmermans in 1 938. It is a popular spot for hiking, mountain biking, jogging, dog walking, and rock climbing. The trails vary from easy cliff-side trails to steep slickrock slopes. The sweeping vistas across Yellowstone Valley take in five mountain ranges—the Bighorns, Pryors, Beartooths, Crazies, and the Snowies.
