An uphill hike through the trees to reach Copperstain Creek Valley and the Copperstain Pass Campsite. Once you’ve reached this backcountry destination, you can explore the alpine meadows of Bald Mountain. It’s a long uphill hike to reach Copperstain Pass Campsite, and unlike many of the phenomenal day hikes in Glacier National Park, the views on this trail are limited. In fact, you won’t see anything but trees for the first 13 kilometers on this trail. However, once you do reach the campsite, you will find solitude—and likely the largest alpine meadow you’ve ever seen. currently offers topo maps from the entire United States. We plan to expand our topomap database in the future, however this map is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
