Mount Hallowell is an old B.C. Forest Service (BCFS) lookout with the lookout tower intact. It should be in better condition considering the heritage significance of such structures. As can be expected with all BCFS lookouts, the views are panoramic and spectacular. This area is now part of the new 3000-ha (7400-acre) Spipiyus Provincial Park, which contains some of the oldest yellow cedar left uncut in Canada. A tree cut just south of here was more than 1800 years old. currently offers topo maps from the entire United States. We plan to expand our topomap database in the future, however this map is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
