West Cornwall serves as the starting-off point for two beautiful rides, this one and West Cornwall- Lime Rock. Both come and go through one of the last of the original covered bridges in Connecticut. This one was designed by Ithiel Town and has been in continuous use since 1837. Park anywhere on West Cornwalls' hilly main street. Things to see: a 160-year-old covered bridge, the Housatonic River, Housatonic Meadows State Park, Furnace Creek, the village of West Cornwall.
