This ride is located west of Charlottetown, near Brookvale Provincial Park. Charlotte's Shore is a hilly, 10-mile loop utilizing these historic old roads and short, connecting stretches of pavement. The riding is aerobically stimulating but technically easy- suitable for fit riders of all levels. The trail passes through farmsteads and forested areas following, for the most part, a hard-packed, usually smooth clay surface. At the crest of the hills you can overlook the picturesque landscape of farmlands and spruce stands, and you will appreciate the shade of canopied lanes after riding through the areas of open farming fields. Rarely frequented by automobiles, these roads seem designed to accommodate the needs and interests of a mountain biker. currently offers topo maps from the entire United States. We plan to expand our topomap database in the future, however this map is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
